Aunt Jenny Jenn’s Kitchen

At Aunt Jenny Jenn’s Kitchen, all products are made fresh and custom for each order. Due to the personalized and perishable nature of our cookies, the following Refund Policy applies to all purchases.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

1. All Sales Are Final

All orders are considered final once placed.

Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been completed.

2. Deposits & Payments

A 50% deposit may be required to secure your order date.

All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to pickup or delivery. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your order without refund of the deposit.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders canceled within seven (7) days of the scheduled pickup date are not eligible for any refund.

For cancellations made prior to this window:

Deposits remain non-refundable

Any additional payments may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Once preparation has begun, no refunds will be issued.

4. Order Changes

Changes to orders (including design, quantity, or date) are not guaranteed once an order has been confirmed.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes when possible, but we reserve the right to decline modifications, especially for orders close to the fulfillment date.

5. Issues With Orders

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within twenty-four (24) hours of pickup or delivery.

To review your concern, we may require:

Photos of the product

A description of the issue

After 24 hours, all orders are considered accepted and no adjustments will be made.

6. Resolution Policy

If a valid issue is identified, Aunt Jenny Jenn’s Kitchen may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following:

Replacement of the affected product

Partial store credit

Partial refund

Resolutions are determined on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

7. Design & Expectation Disclaimer

All cookies are handmade and custom designed.

Slight variations in color, detail, and final appearance are normal and not considered defects. Refunds or replacements will not be issued based on design interpretation differences.

8. Pickup, Delivery & Damage

Once an order has been picked up or delivered, all responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

Damage during transport

Improper handling

Environmental exposure (heat, humidity, etc.)

No refunds or replacements will be issued for damage occurring after pickup.

9. Missed Pickup

Customers are responsible for picking up their order at the agreed-upon time.

Failure to pick up an order may result in:

Product deterioration

Order disposal

No refunds or credits will be issued for missed pickups.

10. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Customers are responsible for reviewing all allergen information prior to placing an order.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for allergic reactions or dietary concerns.

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for products or services that have been delivered as agreed.

Any fraudulent disputes may result in:

Denial of future service

Additional fees

Legal action if necessary

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or issues caused by events beyond our control, including:

Illness

Weather conditions

Supply shortages

Equipment failure

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.

13. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
